This is a full time hybrid role located in Mumbai, offering flexibility with partial work-from-home arrangements. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and nurturing leads, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and closing sales. You will manage accounts, ensure customer satisfaction,



and actively seek new opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

Additionally, you will work collaboratively with the team to enhance sales strategies and support our mission of delivering transformative education solutions. Qualifications

Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify and convert prospects.

Solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.

Experience in Account Management to oversee customer accounts and ensure sustained engagement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and collaborate with the team.

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet sales targets consistently.

Previous experience in the education or EdTech industry is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
