Purpose of the Role

Lead the organization's end-to-end IT procurement function, ensuring strategic sourcing, commercial excellence, vendor governance, cost optimization, and timely procurement of IT infrastructure, software, cloud, cybersecurity solutions, and IT services while supporting business growth.

Preferred Industry Background
IT/ITES, Managed Workspace, Technology, Retail, BFSI or Enterprise Services
Experience in multi-location enterprise IT procurement
Exposure to infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity procurement

• Experience managing strategic OEMs, distributors and system integrators

Preferred Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT or related field
MBA in Supply Chain/Operations/Procurement preferred
510 years of IT procurement and vendor management experience

• CIPS/CPSM/ITIL/PMP certification is an advantage

Role and Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end procurement for IT hardware, software, networking, cloud, security and IT services.
Drive RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, vendor evaluation and commercial negotiations.
Manage strategic vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, AMCs and license renewals.
Coordinate with IT, Finance, Legal and Business teams for procurement planning and PO approvals.
Track procurement budgets, optimize costs and deliver savings through strategic sourcing.
Ensure timely PO release, invoice processing and vendor payments.
Maintain procurement governance, documentation and audit compliance.
Support IT asset lifecycle, software license compliance and inventory optimization.

• Develop procurement dashboards, KPIs and continuous process improvements.
