Roles and responsibilities: Teach IELTS to the students through classroom .

Conducting the mock tests

Ensure discipline is maintained in the class as well as in the institute.

Keep track of students’ learning processes and scores.

Provide relevant feedback to the students.

Be able to suggest to the students their concerned areas of improvement

Recording the daily attendance.

Conduct MOCK interviews for the respective countries.

Guide the JUNIOR TUTORS to achieve maximum output and productivity.

Timely checking of the writing tasks.

Skills: Result oriented

Adapt to the last-moment changes related to lectures

Should be able to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Ability to use softwares used for classroom teaching [Word/PowerPoint/Excel]

Effective classroom coverage

Effective board coverage

Effective teacher-student engagement

Knowledge: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Should be well versed with the exam structure.

Should be well versed with the module structure [question types]

Fluency in all the four ACADEMIC modules of Writing, Reading, Listening & Speaking.

Fluency in the GT module of Writing [Letter].

Should be able to design or alter the course content, as per the requirement





Must be able to recruit current candidates [tutors]

Excellent knowledge regarding Writing tasks evaluation

Identification of the KTAs in all four modules

We are looking for candidates suitable for IELTS teaching The desired profile of candidate will suit the below listed requirements. Should have attempted IELTS and have scored more than 7 bands. In Listening 7, Writing 6.5, Reading 7, and Speaking 6.5.

Helping students with their modules and guiding them in an appropriate way.

Making teaching plans for IELTS program.

Managing the class, preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students.

Understanding different needs of candidates and helping them in an appropriate way.

KEY SKILLS: Excellent command of Spoken and Written English.

Should know the IELTS system well and its exams.

Good presentation and teaching skills.

An ability to communicate effectively with students and other candidates of all age groups and social backgrounds.
