Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through field sales, referrals, networking, and lead generation.
Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
Conduct customer meetings and present insurance solutions professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Build long-term client relationships and ensure policy renewals.
Maintain accurate sales records and timely follow-ups.
Deliver excellent customer service before and after the sale.
Candidate Profile

Prior experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or sales is preferred; enthusiastic fresh
