Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records in Tally.
Create Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
Record Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
Maintain raw material, packing material, and finished goods stock.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.
Perform physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor reorder levels and raise purchase requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Accounts.
Prepare inventory and purchase MIS reports.
Ensure proper documentation for audits.

Tally Prime
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
