Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Sales role based in Thiruvananthapuram. The IT Sales professional will identify and qualify prospects, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline for Quasarix’s AI and ML product offerings.

Responsibilities include presenting product solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with revenue targets. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, gathering client feedback,



and collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs. Daily activities also include market research, updating CRM records, and preparing regular sales reports for management.

Qualifications Solid IT Sales and Information Technology knowledge to effectively position AI/ML products and solutions.

Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management to build, nurture, and expand the customer base.

Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and internal collaboration.

Prior experience in B2B software or technology sales, preferably in AI/ML or SaaS environments.

Ability to work with sales targets, analyze sales metrics, and use CRM tools efficiently.

Proven negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work collaboratively with product and engineering teams in office.
