Intensive Charge Analysis Charge Entry Executive /: Our healthcare Revenue Cycle Management RCM team 's "Financial Pipeline Architect " and "Claim Precision Specialist " is the Charge Entry Executive in Medical Billing. Your main goal is to ensure that healthcare providers can properly bill US insurance companies by converting clinical medical records, superbills, and physician logs into clean, accurate electronic financial claims. As the "Zero/-Error Data Guardian, " you take direct responsibility for entering vital data, such as provider configurations, patient demographics, date of service records, places of service POS, modifiers, diagnostic codes ICD/-10/-CM, and procedural codes CPT/HCPCS Level II.

This position, which manages immediate risks like missed numbers, incorrect modifier application, or mismatched code combinations that could result in automatic insurance denials, is at the extreme bottom of the cash/-flow cycle.

Key Duties/: High/-Volume Charge Creation & Submission/: Use electronic charts, scanned superbills,



or digital health records to input alpha/-numeric medical costs into healthcare billing systems.

Medical Code

Alignment & Verification/: Verify that CPT procedures and ICD/-10/-CM diagnoses logically correspond to one another to demonstrate medical necessity by auditing code combinations on incoming encounter forms. Modifier & Multi/-Unit Calculation/: Utilize regulatory billing modifiers and use payer guidelines to determine the appropriate billing units for medications or recurring services. Demographic & Insurance Cross/-Referencing/: To avoid downstream eligibility rejections, confirm patient demographic data, policy group numbers, and primary/secondary insurance hierarchy before submitting.
