We require an IT support engineer who can handle software, hardware, security, CCTV camera, Server systems efficiently.
Technical Troubleshooting
Diagnose faults in computer hardware, software, and local networks.
Resolve Issues sent by employees.
Use remote access tools to fix user computers from afar.
Escalate complex bugs to senior developers or system admins.
System and Network Setup
Install and configure current computers, operating systems, and software.
Manage user accounts and set up network security access.
Maintain local networks and fix connection drops.
Apply security patches and update antivirus programs.
Maintenance and Records
Monitor system health to catch performance drops early.
Back up data regularly to prevent loss.
Keep an inventory of hardware and software assets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
