About the Role

NetCreativeMind Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and energetic inside sales executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, lead generation, and customer engagement. This internship provides practical exposure to B2B sales, CRM management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
Connect with prospective clients to understand their business requirements.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM.
Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and maintain lead trackers.
Coordinate with the pre-sales and business development teams.
Assist in achieving monthly lead generation and sales targets.




Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree (final year) or recent graduate in BBA, B.Com, MBA (Marketing), BCA, or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated, target-orientated, and eager to learn sales processes.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

NOTE: Please do not apply if you don't have experience in IT sales/company and at least 3 working years Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
