Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope documents.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and rate analysis.
Manage client billing, subcontractor billing, and reconciliation.
Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
Track material consumption and prepare variance reports.
Assist in tender preparation and contract documentation.
Evaluate variations, change orders, and claims.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams.
Ensure compliance with contractual and financial regulations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
3–10 years of experience in quantity surveying (infrastructure/civil projects preferred).
Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and billing processes.




Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software.
Understanding of construction contracts and tendering procedures.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
