JD as Data Analyst. Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Product Analytics & Performance Measurement
Define, track, and optimize key product and business metrics.
Monitor product/feature performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop data-driven insights to support product strategy and decision-making.

Experimentation & User Behavior Analysis
Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to validate product hypotheses.
Analyze user behavior through segmentation, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and trend identification.
Become the domain expert for assigned product areas, developing a deep understanding of user journeys and engagement patterns.

Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Product Leaders throughout the product development lifecycle.
Influence product decisions through actionable insights and analytical recommendations.
Build robust cross-functional relationships to drive business and product outcomes.

Data Quality & Analytics Governance
Review analytics implementation and event tracking to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Validate tracking frameworks,



event tagging, and reporting standards across products.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in Product Analytics or a similar analytical role.
Robust proficiency in SQL and BigQuery.
Proven ability to structure analyses, solve business problems, and generate actionable insights.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders using data.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative reasoning skills.
Good understanding of Google Analytics, event tracking, and tagging implementations.
Hands-on experience with user behavior analytics, including:
Segmentation Analysis
Cohort Analysis
Funnel Analysis
Trend Analysis
Experimentation & A/B Testing
