The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the brand''s premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
Understand customer preferences and recommend outfits, accessories, and styling solutions.
Assist clients in selecting garments based on occasion, body type, and current fashion trends.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with loyal customers.
Follow up with clients regarding current collections, festive launches, and special promotions.
Handle customer inquiries, alterations, exchanges, and after-sales service professionally.




Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure attractive product displays.
Manage inventory on the shop floor and coordinate with the stock team.
Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
Stay updated on fashion trends, fabrics, designer collections, and styling techniques.
Maintain store cleanliness, grooming standards, and brand presentation.
