Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalya Nagar, Bengaluru (depending on pject needs, may have to travel outstation as well), responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of residential interior projects.

Supervisor monitors site progress, coordinates with designers, contractors, and vendors, and ensures work aligns with approved design plans, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Supervisor schedules and supervises labor, manages materials and installations, and resolves on-site issues to maintain timelines and budgets. The role includes conducting site inspections,



updating project documentation, and providing regular status reports to Project Managers and clients.

Supervisor also supports client interactions at the site, ensuring expectations are clearly managed and project handovers are smooth.

Qualifications Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and site coordination.

Demonstrated Team Leadership abilities to guide on-site teams, contractors, and vendors effectively.

Proficiency in Interior Design concepts, layout planning, materials selection, and finish coordination.

Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for reading and interpreting drawings and design details.

Excellent Customer Service skills to handle client queries, manage expectations, and support in office consultations.

Relevant education in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Prior experience supervising interior fit-out or turnkey residential projects is an advantage.
