Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Influencer Marketing Executive role based in Gurugram.

The Influencer Marketing

Executive will identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign objectives. The role involves planning and executing influencer campaigns, coordinating briefs, negotiating deliverables, and monitoring performance metrics. The individual will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop creative concepts, optimize campaign strategies, and support brand partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include market and competitor research, tracking campaign outcomes,



preparing reports, and maintaining a strong pipeline of relevant creators for future collaborations.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective influencer campaigns.
Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze trends, platforms, and audience behavior for creator and brand alignment.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to manage influencer relationships, negotiate collaborations, and coordinate with internal teams.
Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support brand partnerships, drive campaign performance, and contribute to revenue growth.
Experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing in a consumer or tech-focused workplace is beneficial.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting with robust organizational and time-management skills.
Comfort using analytics tools and basic data interpretation to evaluate and improve campaign results.
A relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications, Media) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
