Position: Account Manager – Domestic Staffing
Location: Noida Sector 16 (Work From Office)
Shift Timing: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)
Experience Required: 3–9 Years

About the Role

Diverse Lynx is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Account Manager with a solid background in Domestic IT Staffing to manage key client relationships, drive stakeholder engagement, and support workforce planning initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, account management, and client-facing skills, with proven experience handling large enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with multiple client stakeholders and points of contact (POCs).
Act as the primary liaison between clients, recruitment teams, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure smooth delivery of staffing requirements and resource fulfillment.
Coordinate team costing, budgeting, and resource planning activities.
Monitor account performance and identify prospects for account growth and expansion.
Conduct regular client reviews and provide status updates on ongoing engagements.




Resolve client concerns proactively and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to meet hiring targets and service-level commitments.
Prepare reports, forecasts, and account-related documentation as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing and Account Management.
Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and multiple client stakeholders.
Solid understanding of staffing lifecycle, resource planning, and recruitment operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing large IT services clients.
Exposure to team costing, budgeting, and workforce planning.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and drive account growth.

This role is strictly for professionals with Domestic Staffing experience. Candidates with US Staffing-only experience will not be considered.
