Develop and implement effective learning and development programs to enhance employee performance.
Conduct induction training sessions for current hires and provide online support throughout their tenure.
Design and deliver train-the-trainer programs to equip managers with necessary skills to lead training initiatives.
Produce and Create engaging digital and print content covering products, strategy, technical skills for training.
Analyze training needs through TNA (Training Needs Analysis) process to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills.
Manage training coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and budgeting.
