We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building microservices-based architectures, developing RESTful APIs, integrating with third-party systems, and working collaboratively with frontend developers and QA teams in an Agile setting.

Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices following industry best practices.
Design and implement Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services and API Gateway patterns where required.
Integrate backend services with third-party APIs and enterprise applications.
Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and high performance.
Identify and resolve complex technical issues through effective debugging and root cause analysis.
Collaborate closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, architects, and product owners to deliver high-quality software.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, sprint planning,



and Agile ceremonies.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Continuously improve application performance and optimize backend services.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
Strong experience designing and developing microservices-based applications.
Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and implementing BFF (Backend for Frontend) or API Gateway patterns.
Experience integrating with third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
Positive understanding of backend security concepts, including authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT, Spring Security).
Experience optimizing application performance and implementing scalable backend solutions.
Robust debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
