A dual-role involving both backend development and application support. Responsible for implementing recent features while ensuring the stability and performance of production systems. This role also includes participating in a rotational night support schedule to handle critical issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Java-based backend features and services.
Monitor and support production systems, investigating, debugging and resolving issues.
Perform root cause analysis for incidents and propose long-term fixes.
Respond to support tickets, logs, and alerts as part of the support workflow.
Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure system reliability.
Contribute to development and continuous improvement of support processes.





Required Skills And Qualifications
Robust proficiency in Java (8 or higher) and the Java ecosystem (Spring, JDBC Template, etc.).
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles (OOP, design patterns, etc.).
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL).
Hands-on experience with issue troubleshooting, log analysis, and support workflows.
Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).
Robust problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.
