We are looking for a Graphic Designer who thinks beyond aesthetics and understands the role of design in building successful brands. The ideal candidate should be able to create strategic, visually compelling designs that align with business goals, brand positioning, and customer psychology.
This role requires someone who can handle complete branding projects, communicate design decisions confidently, and leverage AI tools to improve creativity, efficiency, and execution. What We're Looking For
· Solid design sense and expertise in industry-standard design software. · Experience in delivering complete branding solutions for clients. · Ability to visualize creative concepts based on market research and business strategy. · Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer psychology.
· Experience using AI tools to enhance creativity and execution. · Ability to confidently present and explain design decisions to clients. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills. · Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. · Understanding of both visual branding and verbal branding principles. · Designers who don't understand how design influences branding, marketing, and customer behavior. · Candidates who don't leverage AI tools to improve their workflow and output. · Designers who are unable to communicate with clients in English or explain their design decisions. · Individuals who rely only on internet references instead of strategic thinking. · Designers with little or no understanding of brand strategy and verbal branding. · Specialists who can only design one element (such as only logos or only packaging) instead of complete branding systems. · Designers who prioritize slow execution over productive, high-quality output and fail to utilize contemporary AI-assisted workflows.
