Key Responsibilities - Serve as the first point of contact for students visiting the IT Help Desk.
Understand student queries and provide appropriate guidance regarding IT services and facilities.
Create awareness among students about available IT facilities, systems, and support services.
Coordinate with the IT team to ensure timely resolution of student-related IT concerns.




Maintain explicit and qualified communication with students and relevant stakeholders.
Track and follow up on student queries, requests, and complaints as required.
Gather student feedback and identify opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of IT support services.
