We are looking for a well-communicative and student-friendly IT Coordinator to join the Student Help Desk team. The candidate will be the first point of contact for students seeking assistance with IT-related services and will help ensure a smooth, responsive, and positive support experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for students visiting the IT Help Desk.
Understand student queries and provide appropriate guidance regarding IT services and facilities.
Create awareness among students about available IT facilities, systems, and support services.
Coordinate with the IT team to ensure timely resolution of student-related IT concerns.
Maintain clear and skilled communication with students and relevant stakeholders.
Track and follow up on student queries, requests, and complaints as required.
Gather student feedback and identify opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of IT support services.
Maintain a positive, helpful, and service-oriented setting at the Student Help Desk.
