We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic International Calling Executives (Voice Process) to join our team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls with international customers, providing excellent customer service, generating leads, and achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound international calls professionally.
Communicate with customers from the US/UK or other international markets.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales as per the assigned process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards during calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer objections confidently.




Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Willingness to work in night shifts.
Experience in an international BPO or voice process will be an added advantage.
