Responsiboility:
Managed end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across US resgion
Executed HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, HRMS updates, and offboarding processes.
Handled pre-onboarding activities such as background verification, document validation, and offer letter issuance.
Maintained accurate employee records in Workday HRMS, including hiring, changes, and terminations.
Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates to deliver effective hiring solutions and a seamless candidate experience.
Processed salary updates and compensation changes in coordination with Finance and Payroll teams.
• Managed exit formalities including full and final settlement, experience letters, NOC issuance, and handover coordination.
• Handled ex-employee Background Verification (BGV) requests, coordinating responses and documentation with external vendors.
