Responsibilities
Academic Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver lectures, lab instructions, and workshops.
Develop lesson plans, teaching notes, and practical manuals.
Assess students through assignments, class tests, viva, and exams.
Maintain discipline and a positive learning workplace in class.
Student Development
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and counseling.




Motivate students for skill development, projects, and innovation.
Guide students in industrial training and final-year projects.
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain student records, attendance, and academic reports.
Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and accreditation processes.
Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, technical fests, and industrial visits.
Qualified & Institutional Growth
Upgrade knowledge through training, FDPs, and research.
Contribute to publications, patents, and innovative teaching methods.
Support institutional initiatives like skill development programs, extension activities, and community services.
Industry & Placement Support
