Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing recruitment and staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our client portfolio. The role requires solid communication, sales, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to understand clients' hiring needs and offer suitable recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client hiring requirements and present appropriate recruitment and staffing solutions.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.




Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business prospects in CRM or internal systems.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills
13 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition, preferably in the Recruitment & Staffing industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in recruitment consultancy or staffing services will be an added advantage.
