Essential Qualification/ Experience-: Three-year graduate degree in relevant subject/field + three years post-qualification experience OR PG in relevant subject/field.

Desirable-:
Master in Public Health (MPH) or Master of Social Work (MSW) or Master in Sociology/ Anthropology/ Community Medicine
Experience in community engagement, field work, qualitative research, or implementation of public health interventions.
Role & responsibility-:
Support and supervise field data collection activities.
Coordinate community engagement and participant recruitment.
Supervise field workers and ensure protocol adherence.
Coordinate household surveys and community-based research.
Ensure quality assurance of field operations and study documentation

Consolidated Emolument-: 28,000 + HRA as admissible
