About the Role

We are a specialized consulting firm providing tax litigation, dispute resolution, and legal defense services across Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, and Customs. We are seeking connected professionals from CA firms, law practices, CHAs, and EXIM consultancies for a versatile, part time work from home business referral role.

Target Client Profile (Leads You Spot)

1.) GST Litigation: Businesses facing active show cause notices, audit demands, input tax credit blocks, or pending tribunal appeals

2.) Income Tax Disputes: Companies dealing with reassessment notices, faceless assessment demands, penalties, search/survey actions, or pending appeals.

3.) Customs & EXIM Issues: Importers/exporters with goods stuck at ports or ICDs, valuation disputes, regulatory notices,



or drawback and penalty issues.

Key Responsibilities

-Identify corporate clients or business owners struggling with active tax disputes or stuck shipments.

-Facilitate warm introductions and arrange meetings with our senior team.

-Zero operational workno case execution, drafting, or sales closing required.

Ideal Candidate a) Currently working in a CA firm, legal advisory, logistics firm, or EXIM consultancy.

b) Holds an active skilled network of CFOs, tax heads, and business owners.

c) Looking to monetize existing industry contacts on a flexible basis.
