Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain document templates, layouts, and Business Objects (BO) using Thunderhead/SMARTCOMM.
Configure Thunderhead tools and deploy packages across Development, Testing, and Production environments.
Maintain the DOM Repository and develop SQL (DB2) scripts for document metadata creation and updates.
Perform unit testing using Xray and validate APIs/Web Services using SOAPUI or Postman.
Work closely with designers, system integrators, and support teams in an Agile workplace.
Ensure high-quality document automation and output management solutions.
