Contemporary Habitat is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer with 1+ year of experience in residential and commercial interior design. The ideal candidate should have strong design visualization skills and be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape to create creative and functional spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
Prepare 2D drawings, space planning, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
Create detailed 3D models and realistic renderings using SketchUp and Enscape.
Assist in material selection, furniture layouts, and design presentations.
Coordinate with senior designers, project managers,
and execution teams.
Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and finishes.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in Interior Design.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape is mandatory.
Good understanding of space planning, furniture layouts, materials, and detailing.
Solid visualization, creativity, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
