Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Explain study abroad programs, universities, and services.
Generate, qualify, and nurture student leads.
Schedule appointments for Study Abroad Counsellors.
Follow up with prospective students to convert enquiries into counselling appointments.
Maintain accurate call records and update candidate details in the CRM.
Meet daily call, lead generation, and appointment booking targets.
Coordinate with the counselling team to ensure timely follow-up.
Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the enquiry process.

Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, BPO, Customer Support, Voice Process, or Inside Sales.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Knowledge of regional languages (Kannada,



Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, etc.) is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Preferred Skills
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Positive interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to handle objections and build rapport.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
