Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Lead Generation Specialist to identify potential customers and generate quality leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Robust interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Ability to confidently interact with potential customers over phone and online.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software (preferred).




Positive typing and computer skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Strong follow-up and time management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in telecalling, customer service, or lead generation is an added advantage (not mandatory).
Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
