Junior Accountant ViswaVardhan Vyapara is expanding rapidly with the UK BPO project and needs a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage all financial records from day one. You will own the books in Zoho Books — entering every transaction, tracking capital investments (computers, laptops, chairs, and other inventory), handling salary records, and ensuring our existing company processes are reflected accurately in the accounts. This is a full-time, in office role at our Anantapuramu office.

It is a junior position with clear scope to grow — salary revisions and broader responsibilities will follow as you demonstrate accuracy and ownership.

Responsibilities
Enter and organise all daily financial transactions accurately in Zoho Books
Track capital investments for the UK BPO project — IT equipment, office furniture, and other inventory
Manage salary disbursement records and other staff-related financial entries
Categorise expenses and ensure alignment with ViswaVardhan Vyapara existing company processes




Assist in generating basic financial summaries and reports for management review

Requirements
Familiarity with Zoho Books is highly preferred
Basic understanding of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping
Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping (0–2 years; freshers with relevant education welcome)
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Role Requirements Valuable communication skills — Telugu and English required; Hindi is a plus

Location: Anantapuramu (in office only, no remote)
