Role & responsibilities
Manage complete day-to-day store operations.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.
Monitor inward/outward stock, shrinkage, damages and expiry control.
Lead, train, schedule and motivate store staff.
Achieve productivity and operational KPIs.
Monitor P&L;, operating costs and profitability.
Ensure timely replenishment and stock availability.
Maintain SOP compliance, safety and housekeeping standards.
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement and logistics teams.
Resolve customer escalations professionally.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
Drive process improvements and continuous operational excellence.
Ensure statutory, audit and company policy compliance.
Handle manpower planning, attendance and performance management.
