We are seeking an experienced Talend Developer to design, develop, and lead the implementation of ETL processes and data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will bring robust hands-on expertise in building scalable data pipelines, optimizing performance, and mentoring junior developers while integrating data from diverse sources into data warehouses and target systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy complex ETL jobs using Talend (Data Integration / Big Data / Cloud).
Architect and optimize end-to-end data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems.
Lead requirement-gathering sessions with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
Write and review complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and perform data validation.
Integrate data from databases, flat files, APIs, and cloud sources.
Drive performance tuning, error handling, job scheduling, and best-practice standards.




Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers on ETL design and Talend best practices.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in ETL workflows.
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to data governance initiatives.

Required Skills
5 - 12 years of hands-on experience with Talend (Open Studio / Talend DI / Talend Cloud).
Solid SQL and RDBMS experience (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
In-depth understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling.
Experience with job scheduling tools (TAC, Control-M, or Autosys).
Proficiency in Unix/Linux shell scripting.
Familiarity with version control (Git/SVN).
Proven ability to work independently and lead development efforts.
