We are looking for an experienced Loan Operations Executive with solid Excel skills and hands-on experience in loan processing. The candidate will be responsible for managing loan documentation, coordination, and ensuring smooth backend operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end loan processing and documentation
Verify customer documents and ensure compliance
Maintain and update loan data using MS Excel
Coordinate with sales team, clients, and financial institutions
Track loan applications and ensure timely approvals & disbursals
Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate records
Resolve operational and customer-related queries
Required Skills:
Solid working knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory)
Experience in loan operations / financial services
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to handle multiple loan files simultaneously
Eligibility:
Graduate (any stream)
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Loan Operations (mandatory)
