Role Description This is a full time, on-site Junior Operations Executive role based in Vishakhapatnam. The role involves coordinating daily operations, including scheduling and tracking sample collections, ensuring timely communication between clinics, labs, counselors, and medical teams, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

The Junior Operations

Executive will support process implementation, handle basic data reporting, assist in resolving operational issues, and ensure that service delivery meets quality and privacy standards. This position also includes liaising with partner centers,



managing follow-ups with clients where required, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in the operations workflow.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with attention to detail and time management skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, email) and comfort working with online platforms or CRM tools.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to client and partner interactions.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (doctors, counselors, lab partners) and follow established processes and protocols.

Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, sensitivity to topics related to sexual health, and adherence to ethical and privacy standards.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; coursework or experience in healthcare operations, administration, or related fields is an advantage.

Prior internship or experience in operations, customer service, or healthcare settings is beneficial but not mandatory.

Willingness to work in office in Vishakhapatnam and adapt to a quick-paced, mission-driven environment.
