Job Title: Social Media Marketing Trainee

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content while maintaining brand consistency.
Create captions, reels, stories, and campaign content aligned with the brand.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and internal teams for content creation.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
Identify and coordinate with micro-influencers and content creators.
Support influencer outreach, collaborations, and campaign tracking.
Assist in executing social media campaigns for product launches and seasonal promotions.
Support Amazon and Instagram marketing activities.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.




Participate in brand activations, events, and promotional activities when required.

Desired Candidate Profile
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for content creation, storytelling, and social media trends.
Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and creator collaborations.
Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a quick-paced startup setting.

Preferred Skills
Experience managing a college page, personal content page, or internship projects.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
Understanding of social media analytics and content planning.
