Loco Operator/Diesel Locomotive Driver

CTC: ₹15–20 monthly CTC

We are hiring an experienced Loco Operator / Diesel Locomotive Driver to safely operate diesel locomotives while ensuring compliance with railway safety standards and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Operate diesel locomotives safely as per railway signals, speed restrictions, and operating procedures.
Monitor locomotive performance, track conditions, and signalling during operations.
Conduct basic pre-operation inspections and report any faults or abnormalities.
Maintain operational logbooks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Respond effectively to operational emergencies and coordinate with the operations team.

Qualifications




ITI (Mechanical/Diesel Mechanic/Fitter/Electrician) or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
3–5 years of experience operating diesel locomotives.
Experience with WDG3A, WDM3D, or WDS6ADT locomotives preferred.
Medically fit as per Railway standards.

Salary: ₹15–20 monthly CTC (based on experience and competency). Interested candidates can share their updated CV along with educational, experience, competency (if applicable), and medical fitness certificates.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.37 per month
