Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards, while also supporting internal teams and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish and implement quality procedures, standards, and supplier requirements
Review and ensure customer specifications are met
Coordinate with the purchasing team to define external quality requirements
Ensure production processes comply with international and national standards
Identify areas to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Collaborate with operational staff to define quality procedures
Set up and maintain control systems and documentation
Monitor performance data and generate statistical quality reports
Suggest and implement process improvements
Visit vendors for equipment quality checks before dispatch




Provide backend support to relevant departments
Conduct detailed verifications and documentation for FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
Perform internal inspections and coordinate with related departments for documentation
Prepare and validate test certificates

Skills Required:
Mechanical Engineering Graduate (Preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook
Solid mail drafting ability
Adaptability, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
Positive coordination and documentation handling skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
