We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our Project & Development team. The candidate will assist in planning, supervising, and executing residential and infrastructure construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.
Monitor work progress as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, surveyors, and site supervisors.
Ensure quality standards and safety guidelines are followed.
Verify measurements and maintain site records.
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and submit project updates.
Monitor material consumption and coordinate material requirements.
Assist in project planning, execution, and timely completion.
Identify construction issues and coordinate with senior engineers for resolution.




Ensure compliance with company standards and engineering practices.

Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
2–4 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
Freshers with solid technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Positive understanding of RCC, finishing works, and construction processes.
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel between project sites if required.

Preferred Skills
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of quantity estimation and site execution.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
Time management and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
