Location: External Warehouse, Chakan, Pune

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Dispatch Executive to manage customer dispatch planning, warehouse inventory coordination, and daily dispatch operations from our external warehouse in Chakan, Pune. The candidate will work closely with Production, Accounts, Transporters, and Customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

 Review customer requirements and prepare monthly and daily dispatch plans.

 Coordinate day-to-day dispatch activities to ensure on-time deliveries.

 Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices in the warehouse.

 Monitor warehouse stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment from the production unit.

 Share daily dispatch schedules and delivery updates with customers.

 Coordinate with transporters and follow up to ensure timely vehicle placement and deliveries.

 Collect dispatch-related documents (Invoice, E-way Bill, Delivery Challan, etc.)

from the Accounts department before dispatch.

 Verify dispatch quantities and documentation before loading.

 Maintain dispatch records, stock movement reports, and delivery status updates.





 Coordinate with internal departments to resolve dispatch and logistics issues.

 Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

 Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.

 2–5 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse operations, or supply chain.

 Knowledge of FIFO inventory management.

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.

 Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

 Solid planning and organizational abilities.

 Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including customers,

production, transporters, and accounts.

 Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

 Problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.

Salary

As per industry standards and based on experience.
