Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated skilled with expertise in construction planning and project management. The candidate will be responsible for project scheduling, monitoring, coordination, and ensuring timely execution of construction activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using MS Project.
Prepare project timelines, resource plans, and progress tracking reports.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks and mitigation measures.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Support project planning, cost monitoring, and reporting activities.
Review construction methodologies and provide recommendations for improved project delivery.
Prepare management reports, dashboards,



and project status updates.

Qualification & Experience

Education
B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Post Graduate qualification in Construction Management or Project Management (Mandatory).

Experience
Minimum 10 years of overall experience in construction project execution and planning.
Solid hands-on experience with MS Project.
Experience working on residential and/or commercial building construction projects.
Proven track record in project scheduling, monitoring, and coordination.

Experience in high-rise residential or commercial building projects.
Exposure to PMC/Construction Management assignments.
Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders and timelines effectively.
