Key Responsibilities
Manage weekly release planning and Go/No-Go reviews
Coordinate Dev, QA, DevOps and Product
Maintain release calendar and checklists
Coordinate production deployments and rollbacks
Track release KPIs and postmortems
Experience coordinating production releases.
Exposure to DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
Knowledge of ITIL Change Management practices.
Experience with observability platforms such as Current Relic, Datadog, or Grafana.
Familiarity with feature flags and progressive deployments.
Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
Build real-world AI-powered SaaS products
Work on modern voice and communication platforms
