Coordination, tracking, follow-ups, documentation, and compliance
PO / Invoice Tracker management
Vendor Payment Tracker
SOW / MSA Sign-off Tracker (Current & Renewals)
Project Demand Tracker
Approval tracking and follow-ups
BRD tracking and sign-off
PPT creation and MIS preparation
Project Code / Demand creation in SNOW
End-to-end Supply Chain / Logistics / O2C operations
SLA, TAT & KPI management
Customer/Internal stakeholder coordination
Operational reporting, dashboards, and process improvements
Order processing, invoicing, AR tracking, and vendor coordination

Preferred Experience:




Business Operations / Supply Chain / Logistics / Sales Operations (O2C)
Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills (Power BI is an advantage)
Good stakeholder management and communication skills
