This is a permanent role with a valued client of Ardon Technology Services Pvt Ltd Role Overview We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to drive high-impact machine learning initiatives and lead end-to-end solution development across complex business problems. This role involves working with large-scale data, defining strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to deployment.
Mentor and guide a team of data scientists, promoting best practices in model development, deployment, and analytics.
Define the technical roadmap and drive innovation in ML strategies and advanced analytics.




Build scalable machine learning solutions using advanced techniques for structured and unstructured data.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to align data science initiatives with business goals.
Ensure model performance, monitoring, and scalability in production settings.

Required Expertise
Experience: 7+ years in Data Science / Machine Learning roles.
Technical Expertise: Solid skills in machine learning, statistics, and algorithms.
Programming: Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PySpark etc.
Data Skills: Experience with large-scale data processing, distributed systems (e.g., Spark)
Leadership: Proven experience leading ML projects end-to-end and mentoring teams.
Communication: Solid stakeholder management and ability to translate technical insights into business impact.
