Job Summary

6 years of experience in ITSM specifically supporting the ServiceNow processes.

Responsibilities
Experience with ServiceNow forms fields views lists UI policy actions and client and server scripts
Configuration and enhancements on the ServiceNow ITSM module
Support existing and build recent interfaces and have a positive understanding of available integrations with 3rd party tools
Expertise with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Angular JS
Web service proficiency REST SOAP as well as XML and JSON knowledge
Ability to talk to business to understand requirements provide options and set right expectations on delivery
Excellent written and oral communication skills




Valuable to have Experience successfully implementing the ServiceNow ITSM modules platform and processes leveraging the ITSM framework
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
Experience performing continuous improvement initiatives for processes and services
Experience with ServiceNow Workplace Safety apps implementation
