Role & responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM solutions.
Configure and support SAP CRM functionalities including:
Sales
Service
Marketing
Interaction Center (IC)
Business Partner Management
Activity Management
Work on SAP CRM middleware and integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA.
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
Coordinate with ABAP developers for RICEFW objects.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.
