Role & responsibilities
6+ years of proven experience in proposal writing and bid management, preferably in IT services and technology environments.
Strong experience managing the complete proposal lifecycle from chance qualification through final submission.
Analyze RFP/RFI/RFQ documents and develop compliance matrices, structured outlines, and response frameworks.
Lead the development of technical, management, executive summary, and pricing narratives.
Hands-on experience preparing proposals for IT services and technology projects.
Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, SMEs, sales, and leadership to develop compelling and competitive proposals.
Ensure full compliance with client requirements, particularly for US-based and federal/state government opportunities.




Experience working with US clients; exposure to US federal contracting processes preferred.
Translate complex technical solutions into clear, persuasive, and client-focused content.
Conduct and manage proposal review cycles and incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively.
Robust understanding of structured, compliance-driven RFP responses.
Manage multiple proposals simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Maintain and update proposal repositories, templates, and reusable content libraries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Solid project management, stakeholder coordination, communication, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
