To carry out the preventive maintenance of utilities and plant equipment & co-ordinates with concern department as per preventive maintenance schedule
To check, verify and maintain record of operational and maintenance documents of all equipment as per GMP norms.
To maintain the parameters of HVAC system as per norms/SOPs etc.
To maintain record of operational and maintenance documents of HVAC system and all utilities as per GMP norms.
To attend the break down maintenance of utilities & plant equipment and minimize break down time.
To maintain necessary documents with respect to machine history card.
To follow the all safety equipment during work.
To maintain the daily log sheet of all utility equipment
To carry out the proper spare during the maintenance.
To participates in execution of calibration, qualification and validation activity of area, equipment and process related to utility.
To maintain the all utility area cleaning.
To participates in training program.
To follow the work permit system as per SOP
To maintain the all material in / out procedure.
To valuable communicate with other colleagues
