Role Summary The LinkedIn & Brand Development Specialist will drive ARK's visibility, engagement, and brand recognition across LinkedIn and related digital channels. This role will support company branding, executive branding, content strategy, audience growth, and LinkedIn outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage ARK's LinkedIn presence.
Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategies.
Support executive and leadership branding initiatives.
Build and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Monitor engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to create relevant content.
Experiment with current content formats and engagement strategies.

Required Skills:
5 years of experience in LinkedIn marketing, branding, or digital marketing




Solid portfolio showcasing successful LinkedIn posts and measurable results
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Excellent content creation, storytelling, and communication skills
Experience tracking analytics and optimizing campaign performance
Creative mindset with a passion for building brands

Add-on Skills
Experience creating and optimizing Job Descriptions (JDs)
Experience managing client, contact, and consultant hotlists
Familiarity with recruitment branding or staffing industry marketing is a plus
